Shipping, Tracking, and Delivery
StyleWe offers two types of international shipping methods: standard shipping, which takes 10 to 15 business days, and express shipping, which takes 5 to 10 business days. However, this is not the actual amount of time customers will wait for their orders.
Once you place an order for a specific item, StyleWe requires 3 to 5 business days to process your order. Processing refers to locating your order and shipping it to the warehouse and then to your destination. So you can expect to receive your order in about 8 to 20 business days, depending on your shipping choice.
StyleWe ship customer orders to most destinations in the world. International shipping contributes to the cost and delivery time. Most customers will not pay for import duties or VAT, but customers in Canada and some European countries must pay due to their countries’ laws. If you live in remote areas like Guam, the Virgin Islands, and Puerto Rico, StyleWe will charge an extra $5 for standard shipping. Unfortunately, express shipping is not an option for customers in these remote areas.

Payment Methods, Order Cancellation, Refunds, and Return Policy

Order cancellations done within 24 hours of placing the order are fully refundable. You only need to submit a help ticket to cancel your order. If you cancel your order after 24 hours but before shipment, you will attract a 15% cancellation fee against your refund. Note that you cannot cancel shipped-out orders. Currently, StyleWe cannot process exchanges, so if you want to exchange something, you must process it as a refund first and then place another order.
If you want to return an item, ensure that you do so within 30 days after you receive it. The item must still be in its original packaging and undamaged to guarantee your refund. The buyer pays for the cost of sending the item back to StyleWe.
To return your item, go to the ‘Tracking Order’ feature at the bottom of the home page and enter your details correctly. Next, click the ‘Return’ button on your specific order and wait for a return address in your email. Send the item back to the return address, then enter the return shipping details to your order page for speedy processing. It should take about 3 to 7 business days to process the return, after which you will receive communication regarding your refund.
For a faster return time, send the item in its original packaging and product tag to the StyleWe return center. You will receive your refund within a week. Be careful not to return the package to the address indicated on it, as that is not the StyleWe return address. Instead, seek authorization to return the package first to get the proper return address and have your refund processed speedily.
